                                 Meet Mark
                                                                   Owner & Chief Strategist

Mark Van Pay has over 28 years experience in marketing and branding. He has worked for a variety of companies throughout his career and is the former owner of an advertising agency in Green Bay, WI.

 

Mark has created new brand identities, successful advertising campaigns and marketing programs for a variety of clients. His talent is making complex marketing processes and strategies accessible to non-marketing professionals. The project results of his strategic and creative thinking have won numerous local and national awards.

Mark is the Chairperson of the Senior Marketing & Sales Executive Group based in the Fox Valley. SMSEG is a professional development organization and is open to anyone who is interested in receiving peer advice in the areas of marketing and sales. Members include Keller, TIDI Products, Thilmany, Secura, Fox Valley Technical College, Strathmore Artist Papers and The Karma Group.   

 

Mark is also an guest lecturer with the Venture Center, an entrepreneurial development center based in Appleton, WI. Mark is also a judge for the annual Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan competition held through the Wisconsin Technology Council.
                                
                                  Meet Kristin
                                                                     Marketing Assistant
Kristin Pickering recently graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media. She worked for KXLY, an ABC News affiliate in Spokane, Washington, and most recently interned at NorthCoast Productions in Green Bay.

Kristin's initial interest in video production mixed with her new perspective on today's market gives Convergent Marketing a fresh look at how brands should be constructed and the importance of internet marketing.
